I have a great tip for y’all today. Did you know there is a free remote assistance tool in Windows 10? It is called Quick Assist.
A few months back, Microsoft rolled out a Windows Update that included a new remote assistance tool. Quick Assist provides Windows users a FREE way to receive support from someone they trust.
Step 1:
- Click the
button located on the left side of your taskbar - In your search box type: Quick Assist
- Click the first result
Step 2:
- The Quick Assist application will open up.
- Under the Get Assistance section, enter the code that was sent to your email
- Click Share screen and a remote tech will now be able to assist you. 🙂
